Here's how I identify winners and turn off losers First, the ad has to actually spend enough validate my CPA or ROAS → 2-3x my average CPA per day → For at least 3 days → I make the call on day 4 Anything less than that and I can't trust the numbers Then I look at 4 things. 1. Where the ad sits in the ad set → Top spender? It gets a longer leash. It's usually bringing people into the funnel and the ads under it are closing them. → Middle spender? This is where most of my cuts happen. → Bottom spender? That ad wasn't tested, it was ignored. Probably going to send it to the zombie campaign
