Why did this protein bar company start selling frozen fish?

Why did this protein bar company start selling frozen fish? “Product as marketing.” When David Protein launched, they made a comparison chart showing how many calories different foods came from protein. Their bars were #1 in every category. “Any time I see a chart where it's all number one, I'm like, ‘It's bullshit.’” So they went looking for something with a better protein-to-calorie ratio. The only thing they could find was boiled cod. So they put boiled cod at #1 and David at #2. Halfway through year one, @PeterRahal decided to do something really bold: actually start selling the cod
