Underrated email hack. Sending your emails at odd times instead of on the flat hour. Every brand sends at the top of the hour (such as 9:00am)… Which results in the customer receiving 5 emails at once, and yours buried among them. Instead send at 9:12 AM and you're at the top of the inbox after all the top of the hours folk send. Easy win.
