I’m running 7+ AI bots across recruiting, content, SEO, GitHub, sponsorships, Instagram, and X. The biggest thing I’ve learned: building the bot is easy. Getting it to reliably keep doing the work is harder. A lot of these workflows start in Codex or Hermes. Once they work, I create a handoff.md, turn the skill into a Grok Bot, and set it on a routine. So instead of restarting the same workflow every time, the bot keeps it moving. That’s why I’m increasingly bullish on small, specialized bots over one agent that tries to do everything. I broke down the bots + templates below. ↓
